Clayton James Capital was founded on a simple observation: the small businesses that drive American communities: contractors, service operators, family-owned distributors, rarely get access to the kind of strategic firepower that larger companies take for granted.
A $50M company has a CFO, CMO, COO, and strategy team. A $5M company has the owner, working 70 hours a week, trying to be all of those things at once. The result is predictable: revenue plateaus, owners burn out, and businesses that should be worth millions at exit get sold for a fraction of their potential value or shut down entirely.
We built CJC to close that gap.

CJC is a consulting firm, not an accounting firm. For tax preparation, bookkeeping, and financial services, we partner with Acuity a firm we trust to handle the technical, financial, and tax services our clients need.
Our clients get the strategic firepower of an executive bench and the precision of a dedicated tax and bookkeeping team, all coordinated through a single point of contact at CJC. You don't manage two relationships. We do.

CJC is headquartered in Miami, Florida, with additional offices in Delaware. We work with clients across the United States. Most of our work is done remotely, but on-site engagements are available for clients.
